Our nationwide, cost-effective service provides a comprehensive operational readiness assessment to ensure you and your staff are ready. Using our thorough questionnaire and checklist, we'll review your existing policies or help you implement new, effective procedures. Don't be caught unprepared—most organizations have an inadequate or nonexistent plan. This is a live, one-on-one video conference assessment with one of our specialists. We personally guide you through the process via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. All you need is an internet connection, a PC, and note-taking materials. We'll handle the rest. Option 2 (4 to 8 Hours)
On Site Vulnerability/Operational Assessment & Violence Prevention Presentation.
The service begins with an in-person, on-site assessment of your facility. This includes an analysis of physical security using the 3 rings of concentric security model to identify vulnerabilities. Following the assessment, there is a thorough review of your existing policies, procedures, and emergency management plan to ensure they are robust and effective. The service concludes with a thorough presentation on violence prevention for your on-site staff. This training is designed to educate and prepare employees to recognize and respond to potential threats.
